I'm back from Kentucky where I got to meet just about everyone on Mom's side of the family. Four generations in one picture - you don't get too often. I think that "ol granny" deserves that center spot more than I do.
So we had fun, and I got to eat lots of traditional Thanksgiving food - including turkey, pie (just a little) and mashed potatoes with gravy. I am, in fact, eating just about anything these days but prefer the veggies.
Over the weekend, I also got the last missing piece of paperwork for me to get a passport, so today I went to the post office with mom and dad to swear that I'm me. My passport photo is not so good. It's a good thing that we got this done today, because it's only three weeks until I go to Norway.
And there's even more News. I went in to Children's today for a checkup - and they're really happy with the way my foot is developing. Now I get to spend six hours a day without the cast, and next time I go in, I get a new one. I'm thinking Red for Christmas, but I'm open to suggestions. (Oh, and I got my flu shot booster, and weighed in at 16lbs, 12.5oz -> so the weight gain is slowing, but that's normal they say).
I am rolling all over the place, and my army wiggle is getting better all of the time.
I think it's about time for more video, don't you? Maybe next time.
Love, D.
