Hi friends
I was hanging out in the backyard today, pretending that my car is a fuhn (phone). That's a really fun game, as far as I'm concerned - almost as good as playing with a real phone.
First things first - I had my EEG on tuesday. No results yet, except that the "flashing lights test" did not trigger anything. I had to be sleepy for the test, so they kept me up late the night before and woke me up early. That didn't really make me happy, but I was a trooper. More results as they come in.
In other news, I took three steps today before noticing that mom wasn't holding on to me, and I promptly sat down. Walking isn't far away now - I've gotten a lot more stable in the last couple of weeks.
Tomorrow we go to San Francisco for Gun and Martin's wedding, and also to visit Ms. Monica. Should be a fun way to end the summer touring season.
There's been a lot of house- and moving-related activity, which while exciting, seems to be stressing out the parents. In any case, the old place is now officially for sale, and when we come back from California, we'll be living at the new place. My new room is a cool shade of blue, thanks to a lot of painting help from Grandma Babe when she was here.
That's about it for now.
Love, D.
